Safety and Fire Protection
We provide continuous protection and security for persons and property in the MESIT area.
We also provide services in fire protection - preventive examinations, EPS inspections, inspection of fire extinguishers, fire safety supervision while working with open flames, hydrant inspections, service OZO PO (Performance of persons qualified for fire protection).
An emergency professional fire fighting unit is located in the area, which is equipped to deal with emergencies. This is part of the Integrated Rescue System of the Zlín region and also services outside the MESIT area if necessary.

We provide full service in the field of waste management to producers of waste in the MESIT area - from administration services to removal.
- Developing identification sheets for hazardous wastes
- Processing applications, operating regulations and other documentation
- Continuous management of waste records
- Preparation of product reports and waste disposal for the year 20XX
- Odp5-01 for the processing of the CSO
- Procurement of waste samples and testing by accredited laboratories
- Collection and purchase of waste
For businesses based in the MESIT industrial area, we provide collection of municipal waste and its separated components. Primarily for these producers, we then carry out a collection of other categories of waste from other waste or hazardous waste and other waste transfer to other authorized persons as per the law regarding waste for the purpose of their use or removal.
For contract partners we also perform purchase of scrap metal, excluding precious metals.
Operating hours of the solid waste repository:
Monday - Friday, 6:00 - 14:00
Opening hours of the liquid and combustible waste repository:
Monday, 8:30 - 9:00
Consent for the operation of facilities for the collection and purchase of waste in accordance with §14 para. 1 of the waste act issued by the Regional Authority of the Zlín region.

The MESIT holding a.s. industrial area has the status of water and sewage systems supply for public use. A number of obligations arise for producers of waste water in the MESIT area regarding the applicable legislation in the field of water management.
- assess the character of waste water
- initial determination of selected indicators of technological waste water
- ensure sampling and analysis of waste water at accredited laboratories
- ensure valid water right decisions and permits
- processing and dispatch of annual reports on the quality and quantity of discharged waste water
- processing of operational regulations of water works and water management authorities approval
- ensuring local expertise for the operation of mechanical-biological waste water treatment
- ensuring all legislative requirements related to the operation of water supply and sewage systems for public use

Air pollution services
We help operators of air pollution sources to meet the obligations imposed on them in this area in connection with the law regarding air pollution and its related implemented legislation.
